BITwise consulting provides a variety of business technology consulting services. Primarily accounting-related services, training and computer networking services.

Having lived in Dripping Springs since 1992, Bonnie joined the Chamber of Commerce in 2003 to serve the small businesses.

Formerly certified as a Microsoft and Novell systems engineer and instructor, she spent many years serving large enterprises throughout central Texas. After working in corporate information systems, accounting, marketing and business operations, she wanted to apply these skills to small businesses so they, too, could take advantage of many of the same tools and procedures that larger companies use at a rate small business could afford.

Bookkeeping
Implementing accounting or point of sale (cash register) systems can be an intimidating project to take on alone. Business owners need someone who understands the business to set up and maintain good accounting systems. With Bonnie’s diverse background in business management, information technology, marketing and accounting, she is well-qualified to evaluate small business needs, create processes to streamline the workflow, and implement all the levels of technology needed. The result is increased efficiency and accuracy allowing business owners to focus on the business and spend less time on daily accounting tasks. Another benefit is reduced stress at tax time!

Additional bookkeeping services include periodic reconciliations, quarterly and annual payroll
tax filings and sales tax reporting.

Training
BITwise provides customized training at your office working with your data. Bonnie can train on QuickBooks or other accounting programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business
applications. Bonnie has provided classroom and seminar training to large enterprises for many years. Personalized training is designed to help the user become as self-sufficient as they want.

Computer networking
Computer networking services include server installation and maintenance, internet access and firewall configuration and PC system maintenance. BITwise strives to keep systems up through proper maintenance.
